Month of March Goals

I usually don't post on Thursdays. But, hey there on this fine day. Anyway, I've seen a few people posting their monthly goals on their blogs. I think sharing them with the blogshere will help me accomplish them. Well, it's my turn to make goals now. And achieve them.

*woot woot*

I will report back at the beginning of April with my success stories and share my April goals.

March Goals:
  • Finish another round of edits/revisions of my WIP and hand it off to CP's
  • Participate in the second I'm a Platform-Building Campaigner Challenge
  • Finish reading Forest Born by Shannon Hale
  • Read Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver
  • Go see The Hunger Games on March 23 at 8:30PM (yes, I've already got tickets)
  • Have a supercool St. Patrick's Day party. It's my favorite holiday. :D
  • Not go crazy while waiting to hear back from editors as my book, FÉLICITÉ FOUND, is on submission
Now, what are your month of March goals? And do you already have you tickets for The Hunger Games movie in hand? Are you counting down the days to see it, too?

Writing. Jewels.

Yep, with each other's help, we can rule the world (or at least the little ones revolving around us). Good luck, sista with Westridge. I can't wait to read her.

    1. *runs to the ticket office for you* LOL Goals are the only way I can achieve anything. Naturally, I'm a lazy person. Sucks, huh? Thanks for the comment.

  6. I don't have goals for March, but I plan on seeing Hunger games. I need to finish the book first, so I think my goal for tonight is to get on that. As always, I have my daily word count to meet, and I would love to be up to chapter 20 so I can release my cover by the end of the March! Hey. Would you look at that? It would seem I have some goals after all.

    1. Hi, Jennifer. First of all, thanks for the follow. You're my 300th follower. Awesome! That's great that you have have goals and didn't even know it. Enjoy reading the rest of The Hunger Games. Pretty intense there at the end. Yay, for cover releases. :)

Happy to have you here. :D

  7. March - I have another book I'm hoping will be on sub by the end of March.
    I'm VERY hopeful about a phone meeting I have tomorrow . . .
I'm also really hoping to hear back from a publisher who was taking my MS to their monthly "are we going to take this" meeting.
I'm hoping to really dig into my sci-fi, and get the beginning cleaned up so I can send it to another beta.

    Whew!!

It helps, though! I love the lists

  8. That looks like a solid list of goals. My main goal is to FINALLY start (and hopefully finish) my "last" rewrite on my WIP. But that's been my goal for an embarrassing number of month, so we'll see. :-)

I’ve been slow in making my rounds, but I’m saying howdy from the YA campaign group.

    1. You CAN do it! It is tough but doable. And hello from the campaign. There's so many things to do, it's hard to do them all. Good luck and my wishes of inspiration go out to during your last revision. *hugs*

  10. I am also reading Forest Born. I think it is my favorite of the Shannon Hale books so far (although I'm only 100 pages in, so it's soon to be saying that). Good luck with Felicite Found! I for one am hoping it gets chosen for publication!

    1. Lorren, isn't Shannon Hale amazing. I've read almost all of her books (still haven't finished Forest Born, can't say I've read em all yet). I'm on page 169. Loving it so far.

Thanks for you hopes for Felicite Found. I have high hopes too! *crossing fingers*
